A custom eCommerce re-platform & build for Cube Moto — engineered for speed, search and sales. Digital experiences that excite, inspire, connect and convert.
We specialise in custom, high-end web design and organic SEO. We craft beautiful, fast, search-optimised websites that help Australian businesses rank, convert and grow — built to perform, not just to look good.
Balar Media Group will custom design and develop a fast, conversion-focused eCommerce platform for Cube Moto on Shopify, migrating off the current Neto/Maropost setup. The build centres on a rebuilt Make / Model / Year Parts Finder and Ducati OEM parts search, with a clean information architecture that turns complex fitment data into a frictionless buying experience for riders Australia-wide — positioning Cube Moto as the trusted home of Ducati OEM and performance aftermarket parts.
Re-platform Neto → Shopify with zero ranking loss (full 301 migration map).
Rebuild the Make / Model / Year Parts Finder for speed and fitment accuracy.
Integrate Ducati OEM parts (model / year search) into a unified shop experience.
Mobile-first, Core Web Vitals–optimised storefront.
eCommerce SEO foundations: clean URL structure, product schema, internal linking.
Scalable product / attribute management for a fast-growing catalogue.
A first look at the design direction we're proposing — bold, fast and built around the rider's journey from search to checkout.
Featured products, key brands and the Parts Finder front-and-centre; clear paths to "find parts for my bike" and "shop Ducati OEM."
Performance Parts, Ducati OEM, Garage & Pit, Road Accessories — restructured with consistent, keyword-clean category URLs and advanced filtering.
Rebuilt Make → Model → Year matching, plus Ducati OEM model / year search for exact-fit results.
Specs, fitment data, SKU, stock, related products and a frictionless add-to-cart.
Branded landing pages (Akrapovic, Brembo, Öhlins, Pirelli, etc.) for SEO and discovery.
Credibility, store details, and clear enquiry & fitment-support pathways.
Ducati upgrades, install advice and track-day prep — long-term organic growth.
Secure, streamlined Shopify checkout that gets riders to purchase faster.
The Cube Moto build is structured around eCommerce SEO best practice from day one: logical, keyword-rich URLs replacing the current inconsistent paths; a full 301 redirect map for the Neto migration to protect rankings; product and review schema; an auto-updating XML sitemap; Shopify SEO & metadata configuration; and Core Web Vitals tuning (caching, image optimisation, script minification). We'll also clean up issues found on the current site — the staging-link leak in the footer and category typos — so the new store launches technically clean and ready to compete.
Kickoff, technical discovery, content & sitemap, migration planning.
Homepage & key page concepts, prototype, your review & sign-off.
Custom Shopify build, Parts Finder, OEM search, migration & QA.
SEO foundations, analytics, tracking, schema & redirects.
Go-live checklist, final testing, training & handover.
Additional / optional costs not included: Shopify subscription & app fees (paid directly to Shopify), premium fonts, photography / videography, domain, bulk product migration beyond 500 SKUs, and the full Ducati VIN-diagram catalogue (Phase 2).
Today Cube Moto pays around $800/month for Neto, with no support. Shopify is fully hosted — no separate server, SSL or security bills — so the platform cost drops sharply, and Balar provides the support Neto never did.
Shopify & app fees are billed by Shopify directly and are approximate (Shopify "Grow" plan + a Make/Model/Year Parts Finder app + reviews/email apps). Even fully supported by Balar, total monthly cost lands well under the current Neto bill.

Once live, we can grow Cube Moto's organic traffic with an ongoing SEO retainer from $750 + GST / mo — keyword targeting, product & category optimisation, content, technical SEO and monthly reporting. 215 hours of design, development, migration and marketing — scoped honestly so you know exactly what you're paying for.
A seasoned team that's migrated, built and ranked sites across automotive, eCommerce and beyond — you're not our test project.
